Orders & Shipping

  • When will my order ship?

    Orders ship twice a week—usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.

  • How long will shipping take?

    U.S. Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

    International Standard Shipping: 3–6 weeks

  • Do you provide tracking?

    Stickers are not tracked unless you purchase tracked shipping.

    All other items include tracking information.

  • What if my order says delivered, but I haven’t received it?

    Please check with your local post office first. Sometimes packages are held or mis-scanned.

  • What happens if my order is returned to you?

    If your order is marked “return to sender” due to a wrong or undeliverable address, you’ll need to pay for reshipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • What if my package is lost?

    Contact your local post office to check on the package. If it cannot be located, you may need to file a report.

  • What if my package is stolen?

    Please file a stolen package report with your local post office. Send us proof of the report (with your name visible), and we’ll review your case. Replacements are handled case by case.

  • Do you replace lost or stolen packages automatically?

    No. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll do our best to help you navigate next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Do you accept returns?

    At this time, we do not accept returns on most items unless they arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue.

  • Can I exchange an item?

    Exchanges are not guaranteed but may be possible in certain cases. Reach out to us directly.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept most major credit cards and secure online payment methods at checkout.

  • Are your items handmade?

    Yes! La-La & Co curates and features unique, artisanal gifts created by independent makers. Many items are handmade, hand-illustrated, or hand-lettered.

  • Can I request a custom order?

    Some of our makers offer customization. Contact us, and we’ll let you know what’s possible!
